Our company utilizes water-based ink technology to treat wastewater generated from printing machine cleaning. The treated water is recycled into the paperboard manufacturing pulping system for pulp production, achieving 100% wastewater reuse and zero discharge. This innovative solution demonstrates our commitment to advancing corporate environmental stewardship through resource circularity.

The project adopts the ZS—WS/W series water-based ink wastewater treatment equipment to establish a comprehensive water treatment system.  

The treatment process includes five key stages:

1. Pre-treatment coagulation to remove suspended pollutants;

2. Press filtration for solid-liquid separation;

3. Biological treatment to degrade organic contaminants;

4. Activated carbon filtration to adsorb residual impurities;

5. Ultrafiltration equipment for final deep purification, ensuring the recycled water meets quality standards.
