Corrugated Board Material

The pizza box is made of high-quality corrugated cardboard, available in three-layer or five-layer structures depending on load-bearing and transportation needs. The three-layer corrugated board is lightweight and economical, suitable for short-distance delivery. The five-layer corrugated board offers higher strength and better compression resistance, ideal for bulk stacking or long-distance transportation. The wave-shaped corrugated fluting in the middle acts like an arch bridge, effectively absorbing vibration and impact during transit, protecting the pizza's shape and preventing crust deformation or topping displacement caused by squeezing.

Oil-Resistant & Hygienic Treatment

The edges and inner surface of the pizza box can be treated with an oil-resistant coating, effectively blocking pizza sauce and grease from penetrating the cardboard, avoiding box softening or oil leakage. The oil-resistant process uses food-grade water-based coating or lamination, safe and non-toxic, ensuring a dry and clean interior and enhancing the consumer's unboxing experience.

Heat Retention & Ventilation Design

The hollow structure of corrugated board itself provides certain thermal insulation properties, slowing down heat loss of the pizza. To further control moisture, micro vent holes can be designed on the lid or sides to prevent steam condensation from softening the crust. Some customized versions may also add an inner liner of oil-resistant paper or aluminum foil layer to enhance heat retention.

Structural Stability

The square box design facilitates stacking for storage. The lid and base adopt interlocking or plug-in closure structures for tight sealing without easy loosening. The edges are creased for sharp folding lines and high overall rigidity, ensuring the box does not deform easily during delivery.
